I have transformed how organizations share their vision with the world by turning things people buy into ideas people connect with. My sweet spot is understanding niche communities that drive culture whether that be athletes, musicians, super fans, high-net-worth Black and Brown women or even podcasters.

My background is a bit unique, I was taught strategy at the school of Lee Clow and Jay Chiat - the TBWA Disruption Method and perfected it in the worlds of music and sport.

So my default is disruption. Break the category convention, break the culture convention, break the brand’s convention to break through and create the conditions needed for innovation.

I think like an academic but I work like an influencer.

That means I look to the established literature, the canon if you will, of work to help guide my approach.

But I develop, and I execute with a passionate disregard for tradition.
