As lead brand strategist, I directed a team of creatives and strategist to develop and pitch the idea for this impactful video with featured a new Alicia Keys song to visually communicate the lack of women in the recording industry. Bringing together brand, content and influencer marketing - we helped bring awareness to small yet mighty community of women working behind the music we know and love.
